Return Policy
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect and account for purchased items within 3-5 days after receipt of order. All orders are inspected at the point of origin to make sure there is no damage when shipped. All orders are inspected for damage issues before they leave the origin shipping location. Carton quality and packing are inspected to ensure with proper shipping methods that all items will be delivered to the customer. Any lost or damaged items must be reported to BasketStrainers.com immediately after inspection of package. UPS is the preferred method of shipping for BasketStrainers.com and any issues will be addressed immediately.
BasketStrainers.com Orders and Cancellation Policy: Returns and Replacements:
BasketStrainers.com customers can cancel an order at anytime. If the customer cancels the order within 24 hours, there will be no charges and money will be refunded. If a customer cancels an order after 24 hours, they may be charged with a restock fee of 25% and the shipping amount for the order. We strive to process and ship all orders within a 1 to 2 day time frame and any orders that have already been shipped will be charged for the shipping amount and the 25% restock. Once the order is received the customer is then responsible for the shipping back to BasketStrainers.com . If the order error is one that is made by BasketStrainers.com , the correct items will be shipped immediately to the customer and BasketStrainers.com will take care of the shipping of the original package back to our warehouse.
